The younger son of Syeduna Ala Hadrat. He was a Kamil Wali and called
Mufti-e-Azam Hind for his unparalleled knowledge in Islamic jurisprudence.

He also became Mufti at the age of 13 years and carried out this function for
79 years.

He realized the dire need for true Islamic teachings in the sub-continent. His
vision for an Islamic university that would revitalize the Deen of Syeduna
Rasoolullah Alaihi Salat wat-Tasleem in the sub-continent is the basis for the
establishment “Centre of Islamic Studies – Jamiatur Raza”.
