Jamia takes the admissions through the entrance test which is held in the first week of Shawwalul Mokarram. The process of admission is through a merit basis.

Qualification for Admission:

The minimum qualification for admission into the Jamia is a Standard 5 pass, and for the admission into a specified class, the required qualification is to have passed the previous class. For admission into Hifz the required qualification is a class 5 pass and to have memorized 5 paras as well..

Notification for admission:

• Entrance test form from 1st Ramadaan.
• Last Date for submission of form - 7th Shawaal.
• Entrance test date announced separately in prospectus and Jamia's notice board. 

Jamia has a setup of examination, which is held monthly, Half yearly and Annually. The final results are prepared on the basis of Half Yearly and Annual Examinations including the monthly examinations.

Results:

Jamia publishes all results on the internet at www.hazrat.org and the Jamia's Notice board. The monthly exams are declared on the 15th day of every month. Half yearly and Annual results are declared in about 15 to 25 days from date of the exam.
